I used to have a Dropbox account with many photos on it. Is there any way to find the photos?
Hey there, @cwestmv23, thanks for posting here today!
Have you tried accessing the Dropbox account directly? Were you able to locate any of the files there?
If not, then can you clarify when was the last time you accessed the account? Is it possible that this was more than 1 year ago?
Keep me posted!

I have not accessed my DROPBOX account in several years however, I have been making a recurring payment . I believe I opened the account under a old email (which I don't remember). I ONLY used it to store photos taken on my iPhone. I believe I upgraded to a larger storage capicty. I am now paying $12.71 / month. Not concerned about payment WANT to recover any old pictures. Monthly charge on bank syayement says "Recurring Card Purchase 02/22 Apple.com (apple ph # ) and last 4 #'s of debit card charged". Went on iTunes found Apple charge was for Dropbox: Cloud File Storage --Dropbox--Dropbox Plus--Monthly. My current email address will open a Dropbox acct but there is no contents. Says using 0 of 2GB.
1) Anyway to find out if I have another acct under another an old email addreess with my old photos?
Hey @swdeatherage, thanks for joining the discussion here.
If you haven't accessed your Dropbox account for more than a year, it's most likely closed due to inactivity now and it (or any of its content) can't be recovered from our end.
When it comes to the charge you mentioned, it sounds like you upgraded through the app store on a mobile device so the upgrade should be tight to the email address that you were using in the mobile app at that time.
I hope this helps a tad.
