Markups, typing, and reading progress not persistent when editing a PDF or text file on Android.

Hi christopherbanbury, let's jump right into this! 

 

When did you notice this for the first time? Also, can you clarify the OS you're using on your Android, and the Dropbox version you have installed there?

I am currently on Android version 13 using a Samsung S20+. Dropbox is currently 346.2.6.

 

I noticed this early this year but I'm not sure if I was using any apps before that where I would have noticed.

        Hey christopherbanbury, can you please use the steps in this article, to clear the Dropbox app's cache and see if that helps at all?
