Missing Drop Box Folders on my PC

Missing Drop Box Folders on my PC

I have just set up drop box on my pc but a couple of my folders are not syncing through and I can not work out why.  It has happened on my laptop as well.  Can any one help.  I can see it when I log in through the internet explorer or chrome.  Thanks Cara

Hi Rich,

Thank you for your reply.

Having installed dropbox a long time ago, I couldn't recall how the links and syncing worked. I checked with dropbox support online chat and they walked me through it.

The missing folder wasn't checked in the sync folder under preferences.

All sorted now,
