Hi,

Does anyone know how to organize scanned files by: Date Received instead of alphabetically?

If you wish to sort the files inside the Dropbox web, you may always make use of the list headers. There should be a "Modified" column header that you may click on. You may check out the official documentation here as a reference.

 

How to sort Dropbox files and fold

https://help.dropbox.com/installs-integrations/sync-uploads/sort-files

 

If you are referring to your Windows / Mac file system, then it really depends on the OS version.

 

Also, Dropbox got an advanced feature called "Automated folder" that could automatically house your files into subfolders based on month that may be helpful as well. For details, please check out another official documentation here.
