Problems with Dropbox after downdrade

We missed a payment for dropbox as it was going to a separate email. Once we renewed the subscription some of the files were gone. Also we had some of the computer under family room. Now these accounts are not linked anymore and we cannot recover all the files.

Question

How can we go back to all the computer have one shared folder (ie be under one account). Right now it also started duplicating files in the folder as well. Is there a way to restore everything?

Additionally, we found that some files are still available on one the family members computers but has disappeared on the rest of the computers including the main one

Can you please let me know what plan you're on at the moment and if you're able to find any signs of your missing files in your events page?

Also, can you clarify what exactly you'd like to accomplish when you say have one shared folder under one account?
