i need your help because i am not able to delete a back up, and the account is not linked to any device.

Are you able to view the backups on the site to delete them from there directly?

thank you for the reply, yes I am able to see the file on the site and when I choose to delete it, the following pop up window shows, I click I don't have access, then another pop window show, to sign out from all devices from setting, but I don't have any device linked to the account, as per the screenshot of the setting, and not able to delete the file from the site..
