I cancelled my account a few months back and I’ve been charged for the last two months $47.70. I was assured the issue was resolved in September but it has not.
Same here , I think it's because of my "level" which in my account says "Basic" but "Basic" shouldn't cost me $119 ....it's supposed to be free . I think I'll put it out to see if anybody has a phone # ...
I did not register to upgrade my account from personal/invidual to business, but I was charged 450 dollars on April 2nd. I have tried everything to downgrade and please instruct how I can get a refund to my account. Thank
