Why is it so difficult to cancel a trial subscription

I’m trying to cancel my trial subscription that they’re going to charge me for starting tomorrow however I’m following all their instructions but there is not an option that says cancel subscription like there is on every other subscription I have On my iPhone. I cannot believe it is this difficult to cancel the subscription even when I try to downgrade the subscription to basic account, there’s no final button to push to finalize the transaction. Clearly They do this on purpose.

Where did you sign up? 

If it was on the iPhone then its the same as every other subscription service on iOS - you have to cancel via the iOS App Store. This isnt a Dropbox design issue its Apples.
