Dropbox Web Extremely Slow Now

I am unable to download and upload files with my dropbox now. I am 100% sure that my internet connection is not the issue as my recent speed test, 4k test, Netflix test, Youtube test google drive test are all working fine. I tried pinging the site directly from cmd and the connection is intermittent. Other sites are working perfectly. I hope someone can check if this is a server issue or an account issue. I contacted support and they are also clueless about what is happening.

Out of curiosity, have you tried using another browser to upload or download files? 

Also, what's the size of the files that's giving you trouble?

Hi this issue has been resolved by one of your Chat support agent. I am able to download files now with no problem and also the ping is very stable. Thanks!
