My account has run out of quota

You’re out of space! Upgrade now for 2 TB (2,000 GB) or more of space and powerful productivity features. Yet the math does not add up and there is not way to verify it.

Could you check the plan page to see your quota on the account?

Are you by any chance a member of a shared folder, which could be adding files to your account and taking up quota?

Keep me updated with any progress!
