Photo vs scan

Hello, when creating a file i normally scan multiple documents and its 1 file, when doing pictures it does each picture when i would like them in 1 file. Is this possible?

Which mobile device are you using to scan documents? Could you clarify on what you mean by scanning images, and what file type do you want them in?

Thanks, its when using an iphone or ipad. So, i am not sure of all the dropbox lingo so please bear with me...we have different folders, so i go into a folder and normally when scanning receipts i choose scan document, scan the first page, then the plus sign at the bottom then scan the next page and so on. However, sometimes i have a picture on my iphone or ipad of the receipt/s and when i upload the photo it just creates its own file...
