This is a known issue. Dropbox is aware of it but has no ETA on when the Bad Files Check will be available again.

Hi Slyvie,

Dropbox has not contacted me about this issue and it does not seem fixed. At the moment I am using the tool I have provided in the previous post to perform a bad files check by accessing the API of dropbox.

https://github.com/davidcruy/bad-files-check

It's open source so you can verify the source code by yourself (or by someone of your IT department)

I hope this helps...
