i get this message '" jpg files are supported but something went wrong " and the photo cannot be open
so what should i do ???

I just tried to open some old files and they are no longer there. When I use the desktop app, the folders are just empty. When I go online and click on a folder, I can see a blurred list of files that disappears immediately and then I get the message "Something went wrong on our end". This is very important and I can't believe that Dropbox doesn't have an online/phone support for the basic subscription. Please help.
