jpg files are supported but something went wrong

i get this message    '" jpg files are supported but something went wrong "    and the photo  cannot be open 

so what should i do ???

Do you mind trying to open your content using a different browser, and seeing what you find? 

If you could also let me know the size of the file you're trying to preview, that'd be wonderful.

I just tried to open some old files and they are no longer there. When I use the desktop app, the folders are just empty. When I go online and click on a folder, I can see a blurred list of files that disappears immediately and then I get the message "Something went wrong on our end". This is very important and I can't believe that Dropbox doesn't have an online/phone support for the basic subscription. Please help.

Hey @Maria Apostolova1, let's see what we can find on this! 

As a first step, I suggest that you try to preview them, using a different browser. 

Can you also check your Events' page, to see what details you can find there?
