I also am having the same problem. Awaiting reply from Dropbox Support...
Me three!
This is a summary of my issue.
1. > Yahoo! Mail login with e-mail address and password
2. > Settings
3. > Accounts
4. > Cloud Storage > Dropbox > Connect
5. > Yahoo! would like access to the files and folders in your Dropbox (Allow)
6. This all leads to the following error message.
{"code":"Client.ClientRedirect.SessionIdReissue","message":"Your service session has expired. Please use this new session id.","wssid":"haVw6ouF3fc"}
Computer in use is Firefox on Windows (XP).
Also tried this with my Android 5.0 phone with Firefox, similar error message.
However, in Dropbox > Account > Security, Apps Linked App Name Yahoo! has Access type Full Dropbox.
But, in Yahoo! > Settings > Accounts > Cloud Storage > Dropbox, it shows as not connected.
Coincidentally, I had tried it yesterday as well and noticed that it worked. I am guessing that it may be fixed now, though I have not verified this yet.
