Why aren't my users and groups syncing from AAD to Dropbox?

Hi,

 

So I've set up the Dropbox Business application under 'Enterprise Applications' in Azure, and have set the 'Source Object Scope' for both users & groups using two groups called Dropbox-Users Dropbox-Groups.

 

Inside the Dropbox-users is simply a list of users in AAD, whereas Dropbox-Groups is filled with other groups that relate to file permissions.

 

Now, I've not added any users in to the Dropbox-Users group yet other than myself and a test user, to verify that the synchronization is working, but when the initial sync FINALLY completes,  I have neither the groups or the users in Dropbox. What am I doing wrong?

For anyone reading this, the issue was a lack of user licenses causing AAD to stop provisioning once the Dropbox licenses had run out.
