If you work in marketing or sales, you know that time is money, and no one wants to waste either. We know that too, so we’ve shared some tips in the past about how to use apps and integrations with Dropbox to make your day more efficient while working from home. If you want even more tips, and ones specific to sales and marketing - you’re in the right place - keep reading for more information on apps and integrations that work with Dropbox to make your day a breeze.

Zoho CRM for Dropbox:

There are many different types of CRM systems, from massive Excel sheets to handy tools - and sometimes it just lives in the head of one expert on the team. We definitely don’t recommend that option, so connecting Zoho CRM with Dropbox can make sure your team can make those sales in record time. Sharing files as email attachments slows down your sales team, as they search for the right file, edit it, attach it and send it. Tracking down the right version when the document is sent back creates another layer of hassle. Zoho CRM for Dropbox gives sales reps a quick and easy solution to manage, create, share, and access files from within Zoho CRM.

Trello and Dropbox:

We might have mentioned Trello before, but its uses really are as varied as people - so if you want to use it for sales and marketing, you can really make it your own. Whether you use your Trello board to keep track of different marketing activities, sales experiments or targets, you can make sure that your team always have the most up-to-date files, whether it’s in Trello or in Dropbox. Both tools stay in sync seamlessly, you never even have to think about it. Directly add a Dropbox file to an existing Trello card, or even create a new card, all without leaving Dropbox.

ActiveCollab and Dropbox:

A big part of sales can be actually getting those sales over the line - so why not use a tool made for getting a project from idea to invoice - ActiveCollab. Arrange your files in Dropbox and connect them with ActiveCollab, where you can collaborate with your clients right off a project's estimate. When approved, simply turn it into a project, and organize your workflow. Break down your project into task lists and tasks, assign them to the right person, and set a due date.
