There are a lot of opportunities that distributed work can present. Matt Mullenweg, cofounder of Wordpress and CEO of Automattic (which has a 100 percent distributed workforce), shares his secrets, having been ahead of the curve. He approached distributed work very consciously, and shares some of the benefits and tips he’s learned along the way. 

He shared his thoughts in a webinar as part of the Dropbox and TED Conferences partnership, and The Way We Work video series, where leaders offer practical wisdom into how we can adapt and thrive amid changing workplace conventions.
