Dropbox Zoom integration. My content isn't uploaded to Dropbox.

Hi all,
I connected my Zoom to Dropbox in the right manner as was mentioned in some of the support articles. But, it still doesn't upload my zoom recordings to the dropbox. Can someone help please?

Hi @Navya Donkena, let's jump right into this! 

 

Have you made sure your account has enough space, in order to accept the recording? 

 

Can you try disconnecting Zoom from your Dropbox account, and then connecting it again? Here are the steps.
