I cant open google docs through dropbox

I cant open google docs through dropbox

I have a dropbox account which is managed using my gmail account. I am trying to create a new document in google drive. I
get prompted to enter my credentials, but unfortunately the sign in fails.
So, I tried creating a new document in google drive and added it to dropbox. Tried opening this from dropbo, agai it prompts for
sign in (even though I am already signed in to my google account on the browser). However, the sign in unsuccessful again here.

I tried various browsers, in-cognito mode. Nothing works...

To test things out further, I created a new dropbox account using another google account. It works immediately without any problem.
This suggests that it is an issue with my initial dropbox/gmail account.

Could someone kindly help me solve this issue.

Many Thanks,

Ashwin

Hi @shwinning, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Have you followed the steps in this article in order to create Google docs on your Dropbox account?

Does Google appear as a connected app on this page?

This will help me to assist further!
