Hi,

Since "new Dropbox" (what a mess !) I don't find Dropbox folder in my Time Machine backup (Mac OS 13.4).

Of course it is located in Cloudstorage on my Mac, but I don't find this folder on my Time Machine backup.

Can you help ?

Hi @Michel G.7, happy Monday, I hope you're doing well!

It sounds like this might be a recent change from Apple itself, not to store the Cloudstorage folders in Time Machine, but I think the best thing you can do is contact them, in order to know more about it.

Unfortunately, this is outside the scope of our support.

I hope this clarifies!

Hi @Jax1122, this seems to be a different issue to the original poster. Could you clarify what exactly has happened?

Are you seeing anything in the deleted files page?
