WeTransfer app not working to send files from Dropbox

I recently installed the "WeTransfer" app into our Dropbox, and it doesn't allow me to share folders with the WeTransfer option, when I share files, the option to "Share with WeTransfer" is available, but after I select it, a window pops up that says: "Hmm, something went wrong. Sorry about that!"

 

Do I have a setting that needs to be turned on?

Hey @Daniel B.123, let's jump right into this!

 

Based on everything that you described, it sounds like this might be a problem coming directly from WeTransfer and not us.

 

I'm saying that, since you essentially mentioned some issues on their app, so they would be the ones able to troubleshoot and share info with you. Have you tried contacting them instead?
