What happens if signer enter the wrong access Signer authentication code?

Signer have 10 times to enter Signer authentication code.

What happens if all times were failed?

Hi Hannah,

To clarify: I sent a signature request and adding signer authentication ( snapshot bellow).

Then, Signer received the my email. Signer need to enter access code to view, and the maximum number of attempts is 10 times. What happens if signer has reached the maximum number of attempts (Continue button is disabled)? What should sender do?

Your "resending the request" is email reminder? I tried and the signer can review the document
