Hi folks, 

 

I need help! I set up a premium account for Dropbox using a work email address a couple of years ago. I since moved companies and forgot about my account. I want to stop the subscription to Dropbox premium but I cannot access my old work email to log in to my Dropbox account to stop the subscription. I contacted my old company but they have explained that my old email address has been deleted! Any advice on how I can get into my old Dropbox account to deactivate it?!

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

Hi @EMid, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

In order to resolve this sooner, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

 

You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.
