Hello,
I have used a free Trial for the Professional subscription and the free trial is to expire in 7 days. I wanted to cancel it before it charged me because in the meantime I am "upgraded" to a Family plan by my coworker and now I can't find my free trial cancel option anywhere. Did it maybe dissapear because I am upgraded to the Family plan? Thanks! Marina
Hi @hlrubinstein, what exactly is reported in your plan tab at the moment, in regards to your account's quota?

And does it also show 2GB of quota @hlrubinstein?
Can you also check your emails, to see if you have any Dropbox related emails, that indicate your trial started there?

Hi @hlrubinstein, awesome, that's great.
And is the email address that you're checking, and that you received this email to, the same one as the account you're seeing online?

Hi from me as well, @hlrubinstein!
Can you please send a screenshot of what you see on this page? If it shows that you have 2GB of space, and not 3TB instead (which is the storage provided by Dropbox Professional), then you should be good.
