I have  not used drop box in over a year and unexpectedly had a $176 charge on my credit card. My business closed last year due to a flood wiping everything out. I do not use this service. I have not used it. How can I get a refund and cancel my account? I was only charged 2 days ago. I didn't see any email warning as I don't use the email associated with the account since the business closed. Help please. I cannot afford to give $176 away for nothing

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
