Desperately trying to cancel subscription for husband with advanced Parkinson's and this is the most arduous journey I can imagine....

 

Need someone from Dropbox to respond, cooperate and resolve issue.

Hey @gongugreg, thanks for reaching out and sorry to see you're having trouble with this.

 

Are you currently signed in to your husband's Dropbox account?

 

If so, you should be able to cancel the subscription, by following these steps.

 

If you don't have access to the account, you should be able to open a private browsing window (incognito) and go to this page, to submit a help request to our support team directly.
