I’ve gone through all the help forums yet u can’t find how to cancel my free trial so I don’t get charged. I cannot find the plan button it manage plan button in my settings.

First off, can you please let me know if you opted for this Dropbox trial via www.dropbox.com or the App Store/Play Store?

Hi @Bmealyer, in this case our Basic, is our free plan.
Is it possible that you used a different Dropbox account to start the trial?
