Having trouble unsubscribing

It's actually a joke how difficult it is to unsubscribe i still can't find the option in app and I do not have access to a desktop. When I go to the help service it's only available Monday to Friday and it's Saturday. I just want to stop paying for the darn app please for God sake let me live and make the option right under sign out like a normal functioning business and not some sort of online data cult

How did you initially upgrade? Directly from our website or from the app on your phone?

When you visit your plan page online, what's the subscription name that you see there? Also, did you start your trial directly through Dropbox or Google/Apple store?
