I am perplexed by how to cancel Dropbox Pro and cannot get a live human to help me. I keep getting billed monthly. Passwords don't match. Help!

First thing to check is if you upgraded directly through Dropbox or iTunes/Google Play?

I have been getting charged for 6+ months .. i cannot figure out waht email/account is driving thsi .. i filled in teh credit card finder tool doesn't recognize my credit card .. i think the charges got carried over from a previous version of this card that i got ... i filled out the account form or hat ever its called twice now and no one contacted me ... please for the love of all that is good some human talk to me .. this is infuriating and causing me distress
