I got 2 tb storage of cloud after buying a new laptop but accidentally i typed wrong mail address and it got activated on that mail id which is not even created yet.... i just typed a letter wrong and without confirmation it got activated ..... the id is "firstname.lastname@example.org" and my original id id "email@example.com" just i mistyped 5 in place of 6 please help me
Just for clarification, were you able to get a ticket ID when you followed the steps I provided?
Hello, I was given the option to create an account with 100GB storage.
Unfortunately, I input the wrong email address, ending with "outlool.com'' instead of ''outlook.com''.
Since I can't verify and change the email address since ''outlool'' does not exist, is there a way to solve this issue?
I have been unable to find an option to edit this in the ''account'' webpage.
I am currently using the ''outlool'' account but I am unable to change it for now. Any help would be much appreciated!

Have you tried reaching out directly to our support team about this?
You'll need to open this page through a private browsing window and click on the "can't sign in" option, then provide your info and submit the help request.
Once you have your ticket number, please send it along to us here.
