So today i ran back dropbox 11.99 for some 2000gb and it took my money but didnt give me my space

The first thing you want to do is to use our self-serve look-up tool in order to locate the charge. Can you give this a go, and check if you accidentally upgraded the wrong account?

I was able to locate the ticket number, and it seems that a support agent has replied back to your case in regards to this. Were you able to see their latest response this past Wednesday?

same for me i was said box is full after somebody shared documents with me, i could take out most of the big documents so it should be updated but i do not see this happening
i could manage for over 10 years
