So awhile ago in October I made a dropbox Sign account so I could get my roomates to sign an agreement easier on a pdf. It wasn't the only way but this was the fastest way and I believe there was a free version, or a free trial that I may have signed up for. I could've sworn that I canceled this subscription but apparently I didn't and that's on me I guess.... When reviewing my taxes and credit expenses for the past year I came across 180 dollar charge in December. I was wondering if it was possible to get it refunded as I only made 3 or 4 signature requests during that one month. Pretty disappointed by this page Contact Dropbox support - Dropbox  and I have no idea who to contact to pursue this. Anyone got any advice for me?

No one gets back to you at all.  Its a disgrace.  I will never ever use DROPBOX again and I will tell everyone I know about how difficult it is to contact them.......

Hello,
I have a similar issue - I work for a very small charity and we had our Dropbox subscription on auto-renewal without our knowledge. Now we want to please cancel or downgrade our subscription as we have not used Dropbox for 2 years - please can you advise on how to do this and the chance of some a partial refund on our Direct Debit sub.

I made a dropbox account so I could transfer some files from one laptop to another. It wasn't the only way but this was the fastest way and I believe there was a free version, or a free trial that I may have signed up for.  I forgot to cancel the plan once the free trial expired.  When I saw the subscription fee for $119.98 was charged on my credit card, I cancelled the plan immediately and deleted the account.  I need to get the refund. Please help.

I have been waiting to cancel my subscription, and find it was renewed about 10 days ago automatically for another year.

I just now tried to remove my payment details, and find I can't remove my Paypal without adding another method e.g. Visa card.

I want to cancel the sub and refund this payment please.

I wanted to mention that you can reach out to our support team for further assistance through this form.

 

Please do this through an incognito window without logging into any Dropbox account while making sure to include all the relevant information along with an email address we can reach you at. 

 

When you get the ticket ID from our system, you can share it with us here so we can then take a look in our system and check on its status.

Have you ensured that you access the link to the form from a web browser where you're not signed into any Dropbox account?

I have the same!
I cancelled my subscription through my phone but have just been charged $306.90 for a business account. It won’t let me email from the website and the live chat isn’t available for me! Very stressed
