Plans and Subscriptions

Hi. I have a Dropbox Family subscription with my ex-partner and so I want to go back to Dropbox Plus. When she joined, she already had a Dropbox Basic account. I think she joined the family sub with the same email address, but presumably a different password.
When she opens Dropbox, she only sees her Basic account which tells her that she only has 2GB. She doesn't know how to get to the Family sub so that she can see what she has stored there and whether there's anything that is only on Dropbox and needs to be downloads before I change my plan.
Even if she does find a way to log in to the Family sub, she has forgotten her password? Can she asked to recover/change it?
I need to solve this soon, have to change the plan before Wednesday 31 Jan. Thanks
Hi @MauricePS
You can cancel the plan at anytime by going to https://help.dropbox.com/plans/cancel-family-plan
However, my guess is that she joined with a different email.
To check and work that out you need to go to the admin page and see what accounts/emails are on it and get her to log in with THAT email - if she cannot remember the password use www.dropbox.com/forgot.
