Is the the 1 year extended version history part of the Plus plan?
Dropbox Plan Plus Question or Issue I've been using Dropbox for many years. I thought my plan included 1 year of restoring deleted files. Did I imagine that or did it change at some point to have an extra charge for extended version history?

Dropbox Plan Basic Extra Question or Issue Are there any eligibility criteria for Basic Extra from the Free plan? I have been on the free account for several years, and I am so grateful. But I do pay for another space because my entire home automation to share photo album, etc., is there, which I cannot migrate to dropbox and now adding 2TB space on Dropbox where I only store confidential health tax, etc. documents, is too much for me. Is there any way I can avail the Basic Free?
After upgrade to Dropbox Teams, I have 2 Dropbox accounts or at least 2 Dropbox folders.

I ran out of room so I upgraded to Dropbox Teams and 15 TB. I just figured that my Dropbox business account would become the Dropbox teams account but it did not. Now I have 2 Dropbox accounts (or at least 2 Dropbox folders) with 2 different names but using the same email address. I only want one account with 15 TB of room. Question: How can I get all my files over to the Dropbox Teams account? Question: At renewal time, does this mean I will be charged for the Dropbox Business account and again for the Dropbox Teams account?I can't see a full refund as mentioned on my existing Support ticket. Why?
Ticket #25863456 I found out that Dropbox had been taking money from my account using expired card details, without my consent or permission, or having provided them any new, valid payment details. I raised this issue, and on Dec 31, 2025, Louis said he took some steps to resolve this, including: "Issued a full refund of £79.96, which should appear in your account within 3–5 business days depending on your bank" It has now been more than 3-5 business days and I have not received the full refund as promised. I tried to reply via the customer portal but it said I no longer had access to it. I tried to reply via email, as they said I could, e.g. "If there’s anything else I can help with, just reply to this email and I’ll be happy to assist." So I did, and got this email back: "Hi, Thanks for reaching out to Dropbox support. Replies to this email are routed to an unmonitored inbox and will not be answered by our support team." This is absurd. Thanks.
