Question or Issue Hello, i had a trial priod of 30days for the standard plan for Teams. We have added my team, created folder etc.. everything is running fine. and we are happy hence i have updated my billing information too based on the number of licenses we have. What i want to ensure, is will it all remain the same (folders etc) when the trial period ends tomorrow? or do i need to add all the licenses again? i want to ensure there are no hiccups when the trial ends. I have a basic account that says I have run out of storage and I need to update it. Yet I have a summary of card purchase that shows I paid for Dropbox Plus (11/9/25 to 11/9/26) dated 11/9/25. Dropbox Plan Standard Device Desktop/iphone Operating System/Browser (if using the web) Windows 11 Question or Issue I was a very early adopter and recommended Dropbox to many others, earning the maximum (I believe) storage space through my efforts. I have a number of not-for-profit files on the system, which are now under threat because Dropbox is now saying I only have a 2GB allowance. This came about after I uploaded some files on a temporary basis and hit my maximum storage space. This was quickly addressed, but I seem to have lost the space that I previously enjoyed, having earned it via referrals.
