I just noticed my plan was downgraded from PRO (3TB) to Basic and as I checked from my latest billing, my PRO subscription should end by April 4, 2024, and it is only March 12.
Hey @azzikr16, and welcome to our Community.
Can you send me a screenshot of the last upgrade/renewal email you got from Dropbox, while showing the date you received it at? If there’s any personal info on it, please make sure to hide it.
I’d also like a screenshot of what you see on this page.

Please take note that I do not recall canceling anything because I need Dropbox every day, but it says here that I did.
Here is the last email from Dropbox.
Also, here is what the billing page says.
