I have a paid account that needs to be canceled. That email address no longer exists, so I am not able to login or access the account, but I am still being charged for it annually. I can provide the billing date, total and credit card authorization/purchase code.
Hi @AnnaLewickiLong, thanks for posting today.
As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.
Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system!

I just tried that, but I don't see an option for other. I see Can't Sign In or Need Help With a Billing Issue.
Are you certain that you're on a private browsing window, and that you're not logged into your Dropbox account?
That is the only way you'll be able to view the 'Other' option on the site.
