Hi, I need help on the cancellation of the subscription under my credit card. The company that I am working for is using my card for the dues and subscriptions. Now, the employee using Dropbox already resigned and we don't know the credential she used. I tried to look up the transaction ID using my credit card last 4-digit and expiration date but can't proceed. Can you help me on this?

I need to cancel my subscription, too. I did not realize I was still being charged annually and need a refund of $119.88 which was charged to my account on December 18. I do not use this account any longer, so I hadn't noticed the charge until now. Please contact me. Thank you!
Hi @devynrush, according to your bank statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?
