I work in a Medical office where we are looking into getting DropBox Signature plan so that our staff can complete their required charting notes for their patients online. Is there a way to turn off the feature that emails the signer a completed copy of what they signed? These charting notes are not legally binding, and they can't have a copy of them in their email due to HIPAA because it would have patient private information. If anyone knows if this is possible or not, let me know! Thank you!
Hi @ljn2223, I hope you're doing well!
Let me check in with our specialized Sign team about this, and I will get back to you as soon as I have the necessary info.
Thank you!

Hey @ljn2223,
Dropbox Sign does support HIPAA compliance under certain conditions.
Can you take a look at this article, to see if it helps?
