Hello I have wrongly entered my date of birth today what should i do?

As you're the family admin, I'd recommend contacting the support team directly for them to investigate this matter in more detail.

The next basic question, how do I contact support? The is a BOT that will not transfer me and I can not find a phone number of direct email address.

I use gmail account and I was in the proceed of payment.
I accidentally thought the year was today's date and due to children stafety?
The account has been locked down.
I sent email to dropbox admin and there is no reply.
I have no idea to contact to them...
