Dropbox Family
45 TopicsMore than 2 TB in Dropbox Family plan
For years, the Dropbox Family subscription has been limited to a maximum of 2 TB. It cannot be increased. This is no longer appropriate. I expect the subscription to be adjusted accordingly. 2 TB for the current price will be very little in 2026. It is also incomprehensible that you cannot even get more storage for money.163Views0likes1CommentHow can I switch from a Family plan to a Standard account for teams?
Dropbox Plan Family Payment Method Card How did you upgrade? Direct from website Question or Issue As I would like to join a different family plan, how do I first change my current family plan to another standard plan? My family plan just renewed a couple of months ago.108Views0likes1CommentCan we have a Dropbox Family plan? We're not interested in a Dropbox team.
I would like to see Dropbox offer a "family" or "home" level for one price. This would be same options as "professional" with say 5TB storage but sharable between house hold family members. Say husband/wife etc. Not interested in 3 users at $15/user/month. That is just out of scope for individual families. Something more basic to securely share information.142Views0likes2CommentsI was charged$ 203 for a Family plan but Dropbox said my payment was declined.

Hi We have a family plan and the family manager is no longer able to continue in that role for serious health reasons. What we need to do is transfer ownership so that one of the other members within the family plan can take over the role of manager and become responsible for future payments when they are due. Is there a way to do this? Any assistance would be gratefully received.1.8KViews1like8CommentsCan we change our Family manager or do we need to cancel and re-upgrade to Family?
Hi, our team is currently using the family plan and we want to keep using that plan, but the family manager is leaving the company. I plan to change the manager to someone else and update the payment card. Is it right for continuing to use the data we've had so far? or would I need to cancel the current plan and subscribe to a new one for creating new account? If I have to cancel, will I be able to back up and continue using our data? (I mean, can I use all previous date with the new account?) and if so, which plan would be best for our team? We're currently using a 2TB family plan, and our team consists of 5 members.Solved1.9KViews0likes7CommentsGet support for your paid Dropbox account

I've been trying to upgrade to a paid plan for a few days now. When I choose the plan, fill in the credit card info, agree to the Dropbox terms, and click PURCHASE the page doesn't let me go to the next step. No info pops out, the page just stays the same. I tried switching browsers and tried different credit cards and different plans. But no progress.1.5KViews1like10Comments
