I can't access my email in order to get the 6-digit security code. What can I do?
I can login successfully, but needs me to check 6-digit code in email.

It is very unlikley you will be able to access the account without access to either a device (mobile possibly?) with Dropbox installed already OR the email.

You will need to log a ticket with Dropbox while not logged in - even to here so try an incognito browser and use the option to get account support from www.dropbox.com/support.

my account is on a email address of my old employer, I can not get hold of the 6 sigh password sending to me to log into my old account, currently losing a lot of money monthly, the address is [personal information removed per the Community's Guidelines] I want to cancel the subscription, how do I get hold of somebody and not n robot to assist me, my bank cannot help me

Without access to the email address you won't be able to sign in to the account. Your best option if you need to sign in is to contact your old employer and see if they can give you access to the email, or at least forward you the security code when it arrives.
I want to cancel the subscription, how do I get hold of somebody and not n robot to assist meVisit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
