My Dropbox account is my personnel one, but I sometimes used for company business.  It's paid for by my credit card. I always used my company email since it was easier when I transfer files from work. (all legit). Sadly, I made a lateral move within the company which infuriated my old boss to no end. Because of this my old email was "deactivated" and a new email was issued to me. Because of this I cannot change my email address in DB since a email is sent to the old address to verify.... I've argued with the Helpbot to no avail for answers..  ANY help would be greatly appreciated. I just need to talk to a real person at Dropbox.

thank you and happy holidays.

You can change emails at www.dropbox.com/account IF its already verified. If not there is no way to update an email unless you have access to the old account and so you'll need to set up a new Dropbox
