First I’ll acknowledge I’m stupid. I will always 2 factor now but it doesn’t help me at this moment.
A hacker has logged into every account I have with my email and changed the login email to theirs while going into my email and deleting all evidence of it. They changed my Dropbox to their email and now I can’t log in or get reset password. Who can I contact to help? To get customer support I have to log in which I can’t.
Hi @drdoubledawg, sorry to hear about this.
In this case, I'd recommend getting in touch with our support team directly for further assistance as this is an account specific issue and we won't be able to help much here.
To do so, make sure to use an incognito window without logging into any Dropbox account and fill in this form with all the relevant information.
Once you do this and get a ticket from our system, you can share its ID here with us so that we can look it up as well.
Let us know of any updates!
