I have found, pictures in my Dropbox account that do not belong to me. I have not shared or received any links from this person. How did their pictures end up in my account?
Logout and login again.
The question is how someone's person pictures landed in my personal DropBox account. Logging out and logging back in does not resolve this matter. This only means that someone might have access of all my person pictures, documents etc, even though I did not share it
Hey @CarolO1, thanks for reporting this and let's see what we can find out.
Where did you find these photos? Are they within a specific folder in your account?
Is it the camera uploads folder perhaps, or a different one?
And if so, does the folder have a two people icon on it, instead of a plain blue folder icon, when you look at it on dropbox.com?
This will mean that it's a shared folder, so you can click on the share icon (rectangle with an up arrow) and then on "who can access", to see the members.
Let me know what you find and we'll go from there.

Hi
Thank you for getting back to me, the pictures are in the Photo folder. This is visible only when I log into my account online. The folder does not have any two people icon function. As far as I can see, I was not able to see any link connected to any other person. I decided to delete DropBox all together because of the pictures found in my Photo folder. When you open the Photo Folder, the pictures of the other person are visible.
Thanks for the update, Carol.
Are you referring to this page?
This page should include image and video files that are saved in your account, in chronological order, which means that the photos are saved somewhere in the account.
Have you searched for any of the file names through the search bar at the top right corner here, to see where it's located?
