Are these legit return email notification addresses from drop box to me. I could not find them on the list?

and

no-reply@em-s.dropbox.com

and

these appear but couldn't find it on the list there is 2 different no reply which is questionable are both or 1 legit? then the em-s one I couldn't find I am tired of spam so making sure by hoping for some help here. Thanks jusbcuz777
