Lost access to secondary account

Hi everyone,

Unfortunately I lost access to my secondary dropbox account. Two-factor verification was unable and lost access to the email that the code is being sent. Is there anything I can do? I have a lot of important files in that account.

Hi there @NicoVolberg, sorry to hear about this. 

 

So, just to clarify, you don't have access to the email address that was associated with that account to get the 2FA codes to sign into the account, did I get this right? 

 

Do you happen to have access to a device that was previously connected to the account?

 

Let us know and we'll take it from there.

Without access to the email its not possible to regain access @NicoVolberg .

 

Could you possibly get the account reset up? Or are you logged in somewhere?
