Has anyone ever gotten an email concerning their a account being the subject of a subpoena ie Dropbox has received a Subpoena/Summons from the DoJ for the disclosure of the following information related to the Dropbox account associated with “email account”

- Subscriber information, including name, email address, and length of service
- Logs associated with account access, including timestamps and IP addresses

We may produce data responsive to this legal request within 5 days unless you intend to object to the disclosure. If you object to disclosure, please notify us (by replying to this email) before 11/27/22 that you object to our compliance and attach a motion filed with the relevant court seeking to prevent the production of this information.

For more information about this request, you may wish to contact the party seeking this information. A copy of the legal request may be provided upon request.

Something smells like 4 day old fish.

If law enforcement was to subpoena content from Dropbox, regardless of the owner, they'd send it to Dropbox and have Dropbox relay the owner's info to the enforcement agency.
