Hello,  My drop box account is connected to an old email.  When I try to update my email address, it asks to verify the new email address and I do, I have multiple times.  Then it wants to verify from the old email address.  I have reactivated the account and I can receive emails there but the one from dropbox never shows up in the inbox or the spam folder.  

 

I have tried multiple times and always the same problem.
