Hello, I am trying to verify my email but I don't get any email on my spam or trash either. I was trying to talk to to the chat box to ask for help but it says I need to verify my account which that is the problem I am having.

Does anyone know of a solution or has had this issue?

Hi Megan,

Thx, it worked. Apparently, Firefox has some issues. I tried it from Chrome, and voilá, I got the mail.

Thx again.

Hi @aarvizu1, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Have you tried another browser at all?  Can you maybe add no-reply@dropbox.com to your address book and then try sending the email again?

Let me know how you get on.

Hi,

I have the same problem, and I know this is not related to spam, I can actually see the server logs.

Unfortunately, my address was off for a long time (as a result of a simple error). Now if I try sending the verification email, I get nothing, and nothing shows up in the logs either.

Is there an internal blacklist for addresses that have failed in the past?

Anyway, could you solve this problem? I don't want to loose this account.

Thx

Hi @felirat, I hope you're doing well!

Out of curiosity, have you also tried a different browser to request an email verification? If not, can you try that, and also try a private tab on your browser?

Keep me posted on the results!
